This 6- to 8-week workshop is usually held once or twice each year.
The group is based on the latest research into self-compassion. It’s been my experience that those people who have found therapy to not be helpful are often stuck because they don’t understand how to be self-compassionate.
Here’s a hint: It’s completely not the same thing as eating chocolate cake and watching soaps! Self-compassion is not self-indulgence, but rather learning how to kindly do what is in your best interest.
